Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
High quality is the foundation of an enterprise. Most of our products exported worldwide have GS, CE, EMC, UL, cUL, ETL, and CETL approvals. We also follow the latest European RoHS normative and our products are certified for that. In-house QC staff is responsible for QC. Likewise, specialized QC personnel include engineers, technicians, trade inspectors, and production staff who are trained to perform QC inspections.
Quality Control Procedures
The point-to-point procedure is the core of a quality control system. From IQC to PQC and QA, a group of 10 experienced people ensures our quality control process. The detailed records prepared by them marked each specific job process. To analyze and test each product and to guarantee its quality, strict and detailed quality requirements on incoming materials and components and outgoing finished units are also carried out. To perfect every unit produced by us, we have production engineers (PE) as well as quality controllers overseeing each key production link.
